Systems of heat supply of industrial enterprise
For industrial enterprise of costs for energy resources make quite powerful item of expenditure which are possible for reducing, having provided rational and effective interaction of sources of energy resources and the processes and installations consuming heat. The main complexity in the organization of such interaction consists in unavailability of the enterprises to global changes on production, namely replacement of the capital technology equipment and change of the technology modes.
The First Engineer company offers approach to the solution of this task - the comprehensive program on creation of an effective system of heat supply of industrial enterprise. A main objective of such program - creation of adaptive automatic management system which is capable to solve such key problems as: optimization and more effective use of energy resources; achievement of the maximum economic indicators of system operation at the minimum capital costs; providing regular supply of consumers with energy resources of the necessary parameters; increase in efficiency of control over possible violations of technology process and decrease in level of accident rate and, as a result, decrease in damage from accidents, reduction of terms of their liquidation.
The program of the organization of an effective system of heat supply of industrial enterprise includes three main stages: comprehensive examination of a system of heat supply of the enterprise, with development of general requirements and recommendations (OTR) and the feasibility statements (FS); reconstruction of a system of heat supply; development and deployment of adaptive automatic management system. According to calculations implementation of the similar project will allow to reduce steam consumption by the enterprise in the range up to 15%.

2018
Opening of production and mounting division in Samara
On April 23, 2018 The First Engineer company (enters into LANIT group) announced opening in Samara of production and mounting division for the projects.
The small Samara division of the company which engineers supervised installation and a commissioning of blocks of a kondensatootvod and also upgrade of the parokondensatny systems on Kuibyshev Refinery became a basis of the platform. At the plant the company attracted erection teams from the Nizhny Novgorod division to installation and construction works that complicated or raised the price of the project.
At the end of 2017 "The first engineer" became the contractor of Syzran Refinery and Novokuybyshevsk plant of oils and additives. Amount of works in the Samara region considerably increased, and its accomplishment was required to provide the companies permanent presence in the region of erection teams and also a possibility of assembly of the main nodes and blocks of power stations on own platform for reduction of term of execution of works on objects of customers.
For optimization of workflow and reduction of time expenditure and logistic costs the company expanded the Samara division to the full-fledged production and mounting center. Material and technical resources of the newly opened engineering center and also its close arrangement to the operating objects allow the company to react to requirements of the 24/7 enterprises quickly.
We calculate that opening of mounting division will allow our company to hold the high level of quality of works and competitive quotations at the growing volumes. We will be able to perform installation and a commissioning also quickly. The main section of the engineering center in Samara — the production premises more than 300 sq.m for installation, welding and painting works. As of April 23, its equipment comes to the end with tools and all necessary equipment for a full stroke of engineering works.
Partnership with "Association of specialists of the paper industry"
Within the signed agreement of the party plan the joint work aimed at technology development and increase in energy efficiency of the enterprises of a wood-processing complex and pulp and paper industry.
Having integrated experience and knowledge of ASBO of work of the enterprises of the forest and paper industry with competence of The First Engineer company of questions of power, the parties plan the joint work aimed at the development of bio-energetics, increase in efficiency of the systems of heat supply and also process automation for effective management of energy resources. Within joint work over projects for the DPP enterprises will be performed: inspections, development of comprehensive programs of reconstruction and construction of the systems of steam supply and cogeneration, implementation of adaptive automatic management system development and distribution of steam and electric power. Joint work "The first engineer" and "ASBO" covers all stages of project lifecycle – from problem definition before commissioning.
2017
Office in Bryansk
The regional structural division in the city of Bryansk will specialize in design of power generation facilities in different industry segments of economy. The main objectives solved on the platform of new branch is a complex design at construction or reconstruction of power objects of the enterprises of the industry.
The command of the Bryansk division consists of specialists in the field of design of primary electric equipment, the systems of relay protection and other non-standard electric equipment which is used in projects on power supply. At the moment the engineering center already takes part in projects on platforms of PJSC SIBUR Holding, JSC PhosAgro Cherepovets (Earlier Ammophos), JSC Apatit and other current projects of the company.
Accession to Lanita
In February, 2017 reported to Lanit that the new company - The First Engineer was a part of its group. According to base " circuit.focus " Lanita 75% of this company, and to the most "First engineer" - 25% belong.
By the time of the transaction of Lanit implemented a set of projects for the enterprises of a power complex, speak in the company. Lanit expects to complement with experience and resources of "The first engineer" own competences in the field of engineering services for the enterprises of the energy sector.
Lanita notes that the fuel and energy sector – one of the most dynamic in economy of Russia, and for successful development is required to the energy companies regular upgrade of industrial and information infrastructure, increase in efficiency and security of technologies, implementation of the modern automation equipment and complex IT solutions.
2016: Office in Omsk
At the end of 2016 The First Engineer company opened project office in Omsk. As a part of the Omsk command of The First Engineer of 8 specialists whose experience includes design of engineering networks, boiler houses, heating systems, ventilation and conditioning, technology platforms and pipelines, pump stations, steam and water-heating thermal points and metering stations of heat carriers, etc.
