Logic: SKID of e-document flow 2.0

On June 25, 2020 it became known that Business Logic released release of a flagship product for automation of legally significant electronic document management.

Product "Logic: The e-document flow SKID", developed by Business Logic company, significantly simplifies and accelerates work with legally significant electronic documents: allows to sign their idle time and the strengthened qualified digital signature; processes as formalized, and unformalized documents (it is possible to exchange the last passing operators of e-document flow); supports work with several operators from a single window and saves from need of maintenance of connectors to each of them in current status; simplifies integration of systems in the customer's IT landscape. "Logic: An e-document flow SKID" — the platform and independent information system, is included in the Unified register of the Russian computer programs and a DB.

Release 2.0 expands functionality "Logic: The e-document flow SKID" also adds in a product a feature to work to several organizations in one installation using the general infrastructure that is especially relevant for the large companies conducting activity on behalf of different legal entities. The user of a system can create, sign and exchange electronic documents on behalf of several organizations, but at the same time only from one of them. At the same time in a session only those documents which belong to this legal entity are visible. Such separation excludes confusion and errors in work.

For improvement of scalability and performance in a product the feature to process background tasks through service of queues is added. In the next version as such service Redis — the database management system open source is used. The user can include/switch off a read and write of messages in queue, initialize its accomplishment.

Among other important changes:

• the functionality of installation and removal of tags from documents is implemented;
• the card of the invitation of the partner is added to e-document flow with a possibility of viewing information on the invitation, the status and history of events;
• work with conditional incoming documents is implemented: the organization can create and transfer to the partner a packet of document templates in a necessary format. On this basis the partner creates documents for further exchange;
• there was a possibility of simultaneous use of quick and advanced search;
• search in the blocked organizations is added;
• for administrators the monitoring function allowing to collect different metrics of system operation and to export them to a certain format is implemented.

In recent months use in work of legally significant electronic document management purchased new sense for business. On March 17, 2020 the Business Logic company announced release of version 1.10 "Logic: E-document flow SKID". In release "Logic: An e-document flow SKID" integration with operators of e-document flow is expanded, the opportunity for work with invitations to electronic document management and many other things is added.

In 2017 the Business Logic company announced start of an ECM product "the Logician: An e-document flow SKID" the legally significant electronic document management intended for automation in the large companies which actively exchange documents with partners or the organizations as a part of holding. Unconditional advantages of the solution for customers became:

• support of interaction with several operators of e-document flow via the single interface without switchings between windows, an opportunity to work without roaming;
• cost reduction on maintenance in current status of connectors to operators of e-document flow;
• processing of unformalized documents passing operators;
• standardization and unification of work regarding exchange of legally significant documents within all group;
• possibility of creation of own operator of e-document flow within holding.

These and other product capabilities attracted interest of the large companies. For example, next big customer "Logic: An e-document flow SKID" there was PJSC Gazprom Neft.

Release 1.10 "Logic: The e-document flow SKID" expanded product capabilities regarding integration with different operators of e-document flow, added functionality on sending and processing of the entering invitations to e-document flow, improved attributive search.

Product capabilities "Logic: An e-document flow SKID" became a core for development of solutions regarding work with documents:

• SMART of e-document flow is automation of scenarios of legally significant electronic document management using tools on the basis of artificial intelligence: document classifications, extraction and data preparations and also executions of routine transactions by the program robot;
• the platform of automatic contractual relations between the companies of the industry on the basis of blockchain technology (smart contracts).

Making the decision on introduction of this or that product to a portfolio of the company, we proceed from needs of our key customers and market trends, the forecasted demand and forward development of the solution for the years ahead. Logic: SKID of e-document flow 1.6

On September 26, 2019 the Business Logic company submitted the next version 1.6 of a product "Logic: E-document flow SKID", the including support of a format of the Universal transfer document and cloud electronic signature.

"Logic: The e-document flow SKID" automates processes legally significant electronic document flow, allows to certify documents the electronic signature, to exchange them with partners, the state departments or the companies in holding.

Key completions in version 1.6 are:

• support of the new document formats (Universal transfer

documents) according to the order of 12/19/2018 No. MMB-7-15/820 @, which since 1/1/2020 are obliged to observe all companies working with e-document flow. Order treats a format of the invoice, a format of submission of the document on shipment goods (execution of works), transfer of property rights (the document about rendering services), including the invoice, and a representation format document on shipment of goods (execution of works), transfer of property rights (document on rendering services). On flowing momentsentyabr 2019 it is possible to use and the entered and old formats of electronic documents that will allow to carry out more soft junction;

• the updated service of the electronic signature. In this version became possible

use of both the local, and cloud electronic signature, in particular, with use of Crypto Pro of DSS. Now there is no need to configure everyone the workplace, all data are stored on the server, giving an opportunity sign documents with the electronic signature from any device without additional settings.

Along with work on version 1.6 within projects, Business Logic implemented integration into Oracle eBusiness Suite and developed a prototype of service of generation of the semi-formalized documents which is going to be developed in subsequent versions of a product.

Version 1.6. passed independent stress testing by customers during which document transfer performance was confirmed to partners to 500,000 documents in day, or more than 10 million a month that covers much requirements of large and medium-sized companies.

Also among the added functions:

• an opportunity to work with partners YIP: invite them to e-document flow, send and

receive documents;

• automation of routine user transactions: sending, receiving and

signing of technology documents. Now these transactions can be started according to the schedule or approach of a certain event.

We continue to develop the product line actively: emergence of different document formats, increase in a share of exchange of unformalized documentation, especially in holdings, need it is easy to be built in an IT landscape organizations. In the provided version "Logic:" 1.6 especially I want to note an e-document flow SKID the confirmed high performance of a product sufficient for providing legally significant document flow even in very large organization, .

Submission of the concept of work with the documents "Smart E-document Flow"

On June 4, 2019 the Business Logic company submitted the concept of work with documents — SMART of e-document flow.

In the large companies to which the large volume of unformalized documents is inherent and there are difficulties of integration with the legacy applied systems, need to reduce participation of the person in routine transactions and to reduce a share of the errors connected with manual information processing is particularly acute. In response to this requirement Business Logic implemented based on a product "the Logician: An e-document flow SKID" the concept SMART of e-document flow which allows to manage flexibly processing of documents, automatically to perform scenarios of extraction and data validation, to robotize routine transactions and to use modern methods of interaction with the information systems (IS).

The added components "Logic E-document Flow SKID" help to solve these problems:

• the designer of setup of automatically performed scenarios implemented in two types: as the instrument of creation of difficult scenarios for library and as the easy "user" designer for flexible routing at document handling;
• the intellectual processor for classification of electronic documents, extraction and preparation of significant data. A component of intellectual preparation — the complex tool allowing to recognize the text of any format, to classify documents with a high accuracy and using algorithms of machine learning to take required data for import to the applied systems;
• the program robot for execution of routine transactions instead of the person and also for integration into applied ICs via user interfaces. Advantages of the robot are that his actions are always under control, he reduces runtime of tasks, without reducing at the same time efficiency and also is easily recustomized. For quality improvement and the accuracy of work methods of machine vision and training, algoritmizirovanny scenarios or artificial intelligence are used;
• interaction of the user with a system via the corporate messenger using chat-bots. Use of chat-bots provides to the user the usual interface of the messenger for interaction with the IC from any place and in a natural language, without need to master difficult mobile applications. There is no need to be "tied" to a workplace to send the document on route or to approve it. The chat-bot does processing of electronic documents by more interactive, geymifitsirut tasks, reducing a stress of users.

Implementation SMART of e-document flow allows to reduce load of employees, quantity of errors, implementation cost of changes and also improves quality of work of users and accelerates document handling.

Compatibility with Postgres Pro 10

On November 21, 2018 announced Business Logic companies that the Postgres Professional company confirmed processing compatibility of products "Logic: E-document flow SKID" and "Logic: EDMS" with the Postgres Pro 10 and Postgres Pro Certified 10 database management systems (DMS) (the version certified by FSTEC).

Importance of compatibility of software products is caused by the fact that when choosing key solutions for inclusion in an IT landscape heads of the enterprises are guided, including, by their flexibility: capability support different technology stacks and not limit variability in creation of ecosystems. These factors are a marker of a maturity of development and the guarantor of a possibility of further development of technologies at the enterprise without forced replacement of systems.

• A system is implemented into the existing architecture of the customer as the separate solution and is integrated with other corporate systems using API. Such configuration allows to maintain relevance of the solution due to receiving updates in which all changes are already considered.
• A system provides simultaneous operation with several operators of e-document flow without the need for switching between them
• A system provides processing, passing the operators of e-document flow entering and outgoing unformalized documents between the subsidiary companies or divisions of holding connected to it
• The system interface can be adapted to corporate style of the customer at the expense of the web interface with a full range of functionality

The product is executed in three-level architecture of components:

• database management system (DMS),
• application server
• Client's software.

May updating and rebranding

On May 23, 2018 the Business Logic company specializing in creation of ecosystems of management of documents provided the updated line of information systems. Development of the company "Logic: An e-document flow SKID" entered the register of domestic software.

The carried-out product rebranding will allow corporate clients of the company to obtain ordered information on what products and what are necessary for them for.

The product line of Logician includes a single platform of management of documents and the product stack which is based on it intended for creation of electronic archives, solutions on electronic document management, including legally significant (an e-document flow SKID). Solutions from a product line of Logician can be implemented as using proprietary, and Open Source platforms.

2017: Announcement

On February 15, 2017 the Business Logic company announced creation of the technology intended for automation of legally significant electronic document management - "Logic an e-document flow SKID". The product automates processes of exchange between partners of the electronic documents signed with the electronic signature.

Use "Logicians an e-document flow SKID" allows the organization to reduce monetary and time expenditure by document handling, simplifies work with documents, increases its transparency, provides acceptance of business solutions with up-to-date and reliable information.

All this is reached due to transfer of corporate legally significant document flow to an electronic form. That electronic document management was equal in the rights to paper, it is necessary to organize its legal importance. For this purpose it is required to comply conditions:

• The document contains obligatory details, the creator's powers, authenticity and authenticity are confirmed. The document is fastened by the right electronic signature (an analog of the sign manual) of the person authorized to sign documents. The Electronic Signature (ES) not only provides authenticity of the electronic document at stages of sending and receiving, but also accompanies it on all lifecycle of the electronic document
• During creation of the EDS keys and their further use only the certified means of the electronic digital signature and means of cryptoprotection of information (CIPF) are applied

E-document flow share in Russia still small: perhaps, it is even less than 1% of all document flow. That emergence in the market of the solution for an e-document flow SKID which it would be convenient to companies to use is more significant.
