In Prime-Kraft company Storverk CRM of edition 4.0 which feature is the expanded module of web analytics necessary for calculation of efficiency of promotion companies was for the first time implemented. Functionality of the module and integration with the accounting system allow to calculate ROI up to detailing on key requests.
All offices of the company within a month transferred internal interactions of the company to a common information space that considerably reduced labor costs of managers by order processing and increased timeliness of delivery of products.
Thanks to functionality of the CRM system customer relations and partners were automated, and at integration of Storverk CRM with the accounting system the marginality of trade purchasing activity considerably increased. Automation of accounting of production operations, planning and regulation of production is made.
