Interaction with the Asterisk IP telephony server is also implemented. A component it is built in directly a configuration.

Configuration "Storverk: CRM" is developed using functionality of 1C:Subsystems Library.

The configuration is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has protection against unauthorized use.

2015: The product Storverk CRM, edition 3.1 Storverk companies received the certificate "Compatibly! System of programs 1C: Enterprise". Certificate "Compatibly! The system of programs 1C: Enterprise" was received by the Storverk CRM software product developed and replicated by Storverk LLC company and provided on certification as the configuration developed in the environment of "1C:Enterprise 8.3" in the mode of managed application.

The Storverk CRM software product is intended for process automation of customer relationship management (CRM) and business processes at the enterprise in general. It is focused on simplification and acceleration of work with information base.

It is implemented in the form of addition to standard configurations of 1C: "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0", "1C: Trade Management" (edition 11.1), "1C: Small Business Management" (edition 1.5).

Main functionality:
