Biography
In 2001 Andrey Sergeyev graduated from the State university of management in Moscow. In 2014 graduated from MIRBIS business school in the Strategic Management direction, and in 2016 – London Metropolitan University business school. Earlier, in 2001, the academic degree of the candidate of science for a research in the field of quality of business processes was appropriated to Sergeyev.
Took the leading positions in the field of sales and marketing in the large international companies specializing in production of consumer electronics among which there are Canon, LG Electronics and Samsung Electronics.
In November, 2013 joined a command of Alcatel as the commercial director.
2017: The CEO of Alcatel in Russia and the CIS
In February, 2017 Andrey Sergeyev was appointed the CEO of Tiemsi Rus. In the territory of Russia and the CIS Tiemsi Rus is official representative office of TCL Communication which owns the rights to production of mobile devices under a brand of Alcatel.
Sergeyev will concentrate the main resources "on strengthening of the leading positions and gain of competitive advantages of a brand". The European office of the company notes that Russia and CIS – one of the few regions in Europe which still have growth potential.
Andrey Sergeyev became the successor of Alexander Arshinov who headed division of Alcatel in Russia from 2010 to 2017 and, according to representatives of the company, made the significant contribution to formation and further intensive business development. The company reported to TAdviser that Arshinov made the decision to continue the career in other industry.
