Vladimir electoral commission centralized accounting based on "PARUS there is a Budget 8"

On February 21, 2017 the Parus company announced implementing solution Parus Budget in "Election commission of the Vladimir region".

Accounting of property, money, settlings with partners, charges of monetary pay and the salary, formation of the budget reporting under execution of the regional budget and also formation by territorial election commissions of the Vladimir region of the reporting under execution of the federal budget and arrival reports and expenditure of funds of the federal budget for preparation and carrying out federal elections are automated.

The software product is installed on the uniform server of Election commission of the Vladimir region, remote users of territorial election commissions work with it by means of Web access. Thanks to it single updating of a system, a uniform order of reflection of economic transactions in accounting, safety of data and bookkeeping registers due to archiving is provided that allows to increase efficiency in three directions — efficiency of activity of employees of election commissions, executions of budgets and interdepartmental financial control. Internal and external users in real time obtain complete and reliable information about activity of election commissions of area.

So, in 2016 during preparation and elections of deputies of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the seventh convocation to software "Parus Budget" the data concerning more than 10,000 members of election commissions, about 2,200 suppliers and contractors, more than 2,000 accountable and responsible persons were processed.
