Biography

Trutnev Yury Petrovich was born on March 1, 1956 in xiu Polazn, the Molotovsky region (The Perm region).

In 1978 graduated from mountain faculty of the Perm polytechnical institute majoring in "mining engineer".

In 1978 worked at the Perm research and design institute of oil industry.

Worked as the junior researcher in PermNIPIneft.

In 1981 and for 1986 was engaged in Komsomol work - the instructor in the Perm city committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League.

In 1986 and for 1988 directed committee on affairs of sport of the Perm regional executive committee.

In 1988 Trutnev with partners created Kontakt cooperative - development and production of exercise machines.

1990: Creation of the company based on cooperative

In 1990 headed the EX-LIMITED company created based on cooperative.

In 1996 became the president of JSC E. K. S. International.

Trutnev was engaged in the organization of tours of athletes in crew of athletes, sale of import cars and supply of the Swiss Nestlé chocolate.

1994: Deputy of Legislative Assembly of the Perm region

In 1994 it is elected the deputy of Legislative assembly of the Perm region and the Perm City Council. In Legislative assembly directed committee on economic policy and taxes.

1996: Mayor of Perm

In 1996 it is elected the mayor of Perm.

2000: Governor of the Perm region

In 2000 it is elected the governor of the Perm region.

2004: Minister of natural resources in the government M. Fradkova

In 2004 the decree of the President of the Russian Federation it is appointed to a post of the minister of natural resources in the government Mikhail Fradkov.

In 2004 after inauguration of the Russian Federation of Vladimir Putin, it is appointed to a post of the head of the ministry of natural resources of the Russian Federation.

2012: Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation

In 2012 was given assignment by the Assistant to the President Russian Federations.

2013: Deputy Prime Minister, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District

In 2013 it is appointed the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia — the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Far Eastern Federal District.

2018: Annual income of 538 million rub

According to the results of a declaration campaign for 2018 the Deputy Prime Minister and Plenipotentiary Representative Yury Trutnev with 538 million rubles became the leader in income in the government.

Including thanks to the fact that the cabinet was left Alexander Khloponin (the leader of 2017 with 3 billion rub) and Mikhail Abyzov (the leader of 2016 with 520 million rub).

At the same time Trutnev – only of members of the government which shows high earnings since 2004 when replaced a post of the governor of Perm Krai with the minister of natural resources. The rating of the richest ministers Trutnev already headed in 2005 with income 211 million rubles.

It is supposed that this time Trutnev will explain the income with sale of real estate and the securities which were in trust management which he completely left.

Probably feeling the increased social responsibility for the good money, Yury Trutnev decided to finance completely the Far East literary award of Arsenyev.

2020: COVID-19 infection

In August, 2020 the Deputy Prime Minister Yury Trutnev passed positive test for COVID-19. He became the fifth member of the government of Russia who caught a coronavirus.

Family

In defects. Three sons and two daughters. The son Dmitry is the financial adviser and the board member of the Central cooperative bank.
