Contractor Selection

9 companies participated in an auction. In addition to 123 Solutions, Depo Electronics, Alma, "Aquarius production company", USP Compulink, "Technologies and projects", Tegrus, Sinto and Naykhet fought for the contract.

The starting price of the contract was 546.7 million rubles. From all participants 123 Solutions as much as possible bate down the price - for 48.5%, to 281.5 million rubles. As a result the cost of one workstation for tax administration was reduced from 45 thousand to 23 thousand rubles. Big "discount" also offered Depot - it was ready to deliver computers for 284.3 million rubles.

FTS saved a quarter of one billion on purchase of 12 thousand computers

Information about 123 Solutions in open access is not enough, it has no own website. By data " circuit.focus ", the company it was formed on February 18, 2009, is based in Moscow. Her founder and the CEO is Grigory Blazhko. Two more companies which activity is connected with trade in the wholesale office equipment and the equipment are registered for him.

The government contract with FTS became the largest for 123 Solutions for all its history. By data " circuit.focus ", earlier it concluded more than 200 government contracts for the total amount of 1.2 billion rubles, from them the largest - for the amount of 159 million rubles on delivery of ADP equipment to General Centre for Utility Services and Communications of FPS. For 123 Solutions this center was earlier and the largest state customer: in total under several contracts the company delivered it the PC and consumables for office equipment for the amount of 267 million rubles.

ADP equipment 123 Solutions earlier also delivered FSB Academies, to the Center of traffic safety of the Moscow region, Rosselkhozbank, the Russian state social university and other organizations.

Technical requirements to computers

According to the contract, each computer should consist of the monitor, the system unit, the keyboard and a mouse. At the same time all elements should be executed in one color.

The workstation should be compatible to the Microsoft Windows 7 SP1 operating system above (32 and 64 Beat). As for "iron", the nuclear x86 architecture processor with clock rate of 3.5 GHz which came to serial production in 2017 will be used 2nd here (the exact name of the processor is not reported). Amount of RAM will be 4 GB (DDR4, 2133 MHz). The motherboard with the built-in video adapter and integrated network controller 10/100/1000 Base-T, will be provided with 4 ports USB 2.0 and 2 USB 3.0 ports. The volume of the hard drive will be 500 GB (7200rpm). Also in existence there will be an optical DVD±RW drive.

Complete with the system unit the AOS LCD monitor with a size of screen of 21.5 inches having with a maximum resolution of 1920*1080 points/inch, brightness - 250 cd/m2 and viewing angles - not less than 178/178 degrees will be delivered.

The guarantee for workstations will make 5 years. All equipment should be supplied till June 30, 2017.
