Within 9 years worked in structures of Yota mobile operator where directed department of implementation and support of software products, and then held a position of the CIO. Among other for this period it provided development and deployment of the advanced digital solutions and implemented transformation of the IT block of the operator.

In 2016 Andrey Bogdanov received the status of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) in the Modern Management direction in Moscow Business School.

In 2018 it was included in top-50 directors of information technology according to the Kommersant newspaper.

2019: CEO of NPF Berkut

The Typhoon Digital Development venture fund owning the international supplier of IT solutions in the field of communication of NPF Berkut announced in March, 2019 position assignment of the CEO of NPF Andrey Bogdanov. The main objectives of the new head of NPF Berkut will become ensuring transition from project to product policy and transformation of the company into the key supplier of services and products for large telecommunication companies.

As the CEO of NPF Berkut Andrey Bogdanov is going to review and update a product portfolio and solutions of the company and to deepen partnership with key customers. Now treat them Tele2 cellular operator and a number of mobile operators abroad, including in the CIS countries, the Middle East and Africa. In the nearest future under the leadership of the new CEO it is planned more, than to increase the number of staff of Berkut by 20%, at the same time the most part will be employed in department of development.

This appointment will become for Andrey not the first experience of cooperation with NPF Berkut: for the business career he managed to work in the company as the head of department of implementation.
