Sberbank selected Avaya equipment supplier for 780 million rubles

At the end of February, 2017 the Sberbank of Russia summed up the results of an auction for the choice of the organization on Avaya supply of equipment. The largest domestic bank is going to purchase telecommunication solutions of the American company for $13.3 million (about 780 million rubles).[1]

Sberbank will spend up to $13.3 million for Avaya products

To participation in a procurement procedure 8 companies were invited, however part in an auction was taken only by 4: Komptek, Landata, "Open Kompyyuter Solyushnz" and "Business Telecom Import".

According to a tender committee of bank, the best offer was received from Komptek company. The request of this participant conformed to all requirements of the tender documentation and as a result this company was recognized the winner.

Komptek offered Sberbank Avaya products at a discount from 27 to 61% depending on equipment type.

According to documentation, bank the equipment for the automated jobs, the passive equipment, the equipment of a subsystem of analytics, record and quality control, the equipment for the organization of video calls, IP and TDM telephone sets, headsets, the PBX equipment (gateways, servers, modules and payments) is required, to Avaya UC, by Voice Portal and many other things.

The total cost of the equipment supplied to bank according to the general agreement should not exceed $13.3 million. Delivery date of products makes 8 weeks from signature date of specifications to the agreement. The general agreement will be signed for up to July 21, 2018.

In 2016 Sberbank already carried out large equipment procurement and the software of Avaya[2]. Then also became winners companies "CompTek", and the cost of the equipment and software within the general agreement it was limited to the amount of $29.6 million.
