The MIAC of YaNAO implemented a reporting monitoring system

On March 13, 2017 the Parus company announced system implementation of monitoring of the reporting under forms of federal statistical observation in health care on the platform software "PARUS-the Budget 8" in MIAC of YaNAO.

Project Results

The regional department of health care and 34 subordinated organizations work with a system. Using the software product collecting of all approved forms of federal and industry statistical observation in the field of health protection at the end of 2016 is executed.

Regional report forms on operational requests of department gather. As of March 13, 2017 14 forms are ready. Notifications on placement of a new report form and terms of its filling are sent to users automatically.

A system provides collecting and reporting, monitoring of terms of its representation by health facilities and types of the medical organizations, data transmission of summary annual statistical reporting in software of "MEDSTAT" according to requirements of the Russian Ministry of Health.

System implementation of monitoring of the reporting reduced labor input of data collection from health facilities. Further thanks to failure from drawing up reports on paper carrier we are going to reduce also overheads of organizations — clerical, mail, transport and other. But the main result of automation consists in minimization of influence of a human factor, quality improvement of obtained management information and efficiency of its processing including by means of analytical processing system of reporting indicators.
