Biography

Alexander was born on November 19, 1967 in the village of Ytyk-Kyuel of Alexeyevsky district Yakut the ASSR.

In 1993 got an education in Yakutsk the state university of M.K. Ammosov.

In 2003 completed a course of Financial and economic institute of the Yakut state university of M.K. Ammosov.

From 1984 to 1985 worked as the worker of the Verkhoyansk central district hospital.

From 1993 to 1995 worked as the clinical intern of Medical institute of the Yakut state university of M.K. Ammosov.

In 1995 and for 1999 worked the cardiologist in intensive care unit of the National center of medicine.

From 1999 to 2000 was a doctor-statistician of management personnel of the National center of medicine.

In 2000 received a position of the deputy CEO for organizational and methodical work of the National center of medicine. Worked for 2005.

From 2005 to 2010 worked as the deputy CEO for economic problems of GU "Republican Hospital No. 1 — the National Center of Medicine".

In 2010 received a position of the Minister of Health of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.

In 2014 it is appointed the Minister of Health of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.

In 2016 received a position of the director of Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.

For March 14, 2017 Alexander Vasilyevich Gorokhov works as the director of Territorial fund of compulsory health insurance of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.
