For March 14, 2017 Social CRM is technology for integration (connector) of CRM at the bpm'online platform and social network Facebook.

On March 14, 2017 the Consimple company announced Social CRM release - the connector for interaction with Facebook social network. The product is focused on the staff of marketing departments in the corporate sector.

The technology allows "tie" the CRM system to the corporate page in social network and receive the information about the users who noted its "like" in the base – all open information on the user is added to the client's card.

Having got access to expanded information on users, software helps to create a portrait of target audience, considering demographic data, behavioural characteristics, a way of life.
