On March 23, 2017 IBS announced the organization of a system of corporate communications on the Oracle Unified Communication Suite platform for RESO-Garantiya.
Project Tasks
The management RESO-Garantiya made the decision on transformation of corporate infrastructure for communications and joint work using the product Oracle Unified Communication Suite.
The functionality, low cost of installation and operation (TCO), the principle of an open architecture allowing to scale and configure a product under business tasks became factors of the choice of a system. As integrator the IBS company was selected.
Project Progress
Within the project of upgrade specialists the contractor localized the end user interface into Russian and executed migration of all mailboxes and calendars, updated infrastructure on the basis of Oracle SPARC Solaris. The number of servers is increased, load of them is redistributed. The update of databases and directories is carried out.
Project Results
According to the results of the project the customer received the solution for joint work more than 7 thousand employees from computers, mobile devices, from modern browsers.
