Content

2018: End of the first stage of digital transformation

On March 2, 2018 the JSB InFinBank company announced end of the first stage of large-scale digital transformation.

Within this stage on SAP solutions the corporate data warehouse (CDW) was created, management systems of customer relations are implemented (Customer Relationship Management – CRM). Also the company created the credit pipeline for legal entities and physical persons based on solutions of Pegasystems. The project allowed to increase product availability of bank for the population, including in the remote regions of Uzbekistan.

As the partner in implementation of the innovation products for transformation of bank the SAPRUN Group company acted.

The SAP CRM system allowed not only to integrate more than 600 thousand clients of all divisions of bank in a single system, but also to considerably accelerate service process - the client provides a document package only once, being registered in one of divisions.

Time for processing of customer appeals is reduced to 3 working days due to creation of call center and its automation. The client of bank can quickly obtain detailed information on a status of the account, the applications and addresses submitted earlier.

Information from more than 220 sources – systems and divisions of bank, including CRM and the Credit pipeline, comes to the Corporate data warehouse. It allows management to exercise constant control behind critical deviations of business, to quickly make management decisions, to prepare the summary analytical reporting under all directions. The feature of a system is a lack of a possibility of any manual correction of initial data that prevents distortion of the actual information and acts as the guarantor of its reliability.

In compliance with plans of JSB InFinBank for increase in the credit opportunities one of key processes – processing was also automated credit requests.

Implementation of a mobile system in an IT landscape of bank and development of mobile application for clients of bank and also automation of a number of operational processes, including budgetings and pricings is planned for 2018.

2017: Beginning of the project of upgrade of a corporate computing environment

On March 24, 2017 Infinbank (Uzbekistan) announced implementation of the credit pipeline, development of the uniform corporate information data warehouse. The contractor in the project Saprun company.

Are provided by the project:

  • budgeting solving of tasks,
  • reportings
  • visualization of indicators on dashboards of the heads available on any devices.

Project duration of implementation of information infrastructure ~ 2 years.

The bank is going to organize the corporate data warehouse (CDW), the Bank integrating in itself all historical data and data of all accounting systems. KHD is intended for satisfaction of information needs with reliable data not only by the operating transactions, but also in a historical retrospective[1].

General purpose of the project the maximum exception of influence of "a human factor" on information used at acceptance of daily strategic and management decisions by each employee of the bank. A system will be organized for increase in interrelation of operational planning with the strategy of business, creation of a common information space with reliable data, formalizations of business processes, their transparency.
