Susumanzoloto transferred corporate mail to the Microsoft Exchange Server platform

On March 27, 2017 the Softline company announced plan development of migration on Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 for the gold mining enterprise of the Magadan region.

Goals and Objectives

For the purpose of upgrade of the existing IT infrastructure, Susumanzoloto the decision on transition to the version of Exchange Server was made. The Softline company was engaged in project implementation.

Inspection of IT infrastructure of the customer showed that in it the Exchange Server 2003 platform with unrolled by the Active Directory is used, and corporate mail is on a hosting at provider. Specialists of Softline prepared recommendations about updating of the equipment and offered the most optimal configuration of architecture of a mail system. Together with it the scheme of deployment the Exchange-server in the new domain is developed.

Project Results

As a result the customer received the plan of transfer of mail data from an external mailbox in local storage, reconfiguration of accounts and redirection of mail traffic on the local server.
