Equipment of personnel departments
On August 8, 2018 it became known that the electronic queue of NEURONIQ equips personnel departments of the plant a Myasnitsky row to two addresses in Moscow: Transportnaya St., 5 and Yuzhnaya St., 5.
At the enterprise in different divisions more than 3000 employees work. Installation of an electronic queue allowed to create process of acceptance of personnel. Now, having come to office of personnel department, the acting staff of the plant and applicants can be registered on the terminal of an electronic queue and in comfortable conditions to wait for the service moment at the specialist. Also both offices are equipped with a quality assessment system thanks to what visitors can put down a mark to the employee of HR department of results of service. In addition to a feedback from visitors about service quality, the NEURONIQ system provides analytical reports which contain indicators by quantity addressed, the average time of waiting and acceptance of employees, etc. This information will allow managers to make timely strategically important decisions and to correct work of department.
Thanks to system implementation of an electronic queue in personnel department MPZ "Myasnitsky Row" organizational effectiveness of acceptance of visitors increased and load of employees decreased, also it allowed to create favorable psychological climate for applicants.
Implementation of a tablet system in dining rooms
On February 1, 2018 the Technologies of the Future company announced implementation of a tablet system in canteens of Myasnitsky row.
Initially the Technologies of the Future company performed installation of an electronic queue NeuroniQ for Myasnitsky row in 2017. But then a system was implemented in department of personnel recruitment, for the organization of a flow of persons interested to get a job. Over time, having estimated systems capabilities which can also be the excellent tool for detection of opinion of clients, in halls table installed tablets for feedback from visitors.
The solution for benefit of use of electronic technologies for quality evaluation and failure from traditional methods are quite proved. Such approach has several advantages, beginning from economy on payment to personnel and finishing with a psychological factor. For example, not all visitors wish to answer questions in a format of real-life communication. So, by means of the tablet solution NeuroniQ, the respondent can answer the asked questions with clicking of one button. In addition, for leadership team of dining rooms was important speed of processing and obtaining information. For the solution of this task in an office of the head the screen in which online are reflected survey results was installed. Now at the expense of data retrieveds the staff of Myasnitsky row will be able to make a number of management decisions, for quality improvement of service in dining rooms.

On March 29, 2017 the Technologies of the Future company announced queue management system implementation in Myasnitsky Row company, in department for personnel recruitment.
