Implementation of automated information system of Sochivodokanal
Project Task
Due to the increase in number of addresses and growth of a flow of the requests arriving from the population and the organizations the need for automation of activity of the central dispatching service of a water utility appeared.
Solution
For the solution of a task specialists of IVS group used automated information system of Gorvodokanal - the specialized industry product developed for the enterprises of the sphere of water supply and water disposal. A system allows to automate basic processes of activities of Vodokanal for service of networks of water supply and water disposal.
Project Progress
In a work progress the following processes are automated:
- Organization of service of networks
- Registration and processing of addresses of consumers, control of a work progress with the address
- Registration of work requests, transfer to contractors, control of the carried-out works
- Accounting of the performed works, the spent materials and the used equipment
- The notification of consumers and city services about shutdowns
- Control of terms of reaction on abnormal situations
- Report generation
- Integration with an enterprise portal was carried out. It gives the additional chance to residents to send work requests directly from the portal.
Effect of implementation:
- Optimization of work of dispatching service
- Reduction of response time and solution of the problems
- Possibility of the analysis of accident rate of networks, the carried-out works, the arriving addresses
