EAIS Social register of the population

EAIS "Social Register of the Population" is the multi-user distributed information system providing technology and information support of providing measures of social support, social service and the social help to separate categories of the population, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and Perm Krai.

EAIS "Social Register of the Population" allows to exclude the most part of further budgeted expenses on informatization due to the current ensuring compliance of program developments to federal and regional standards and standard solutions.

EAIS "Social Register of the Population" allows to solve the following problems:

  • maintaining the regional register of the persons having the right to measures of the social help and support;
  • appointment, calculation and transfer of regional periodical and lump sum payments of benefits and compensations, measures of social support for payment of premises and utilities;
  • appointment, calculation and support of transfer of federal periodical payments;

support of calculation and providing necessary information in the State tax inspection and the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on an income tax (NDFL) and the unified social tax (UST);

  • control of providing social services in the public and non-state social institutions according to the state tasks and orders;
  • distribution of places in stationary social organizations;
  • control of unsuccessful children and families with children, including finding of children in special social facilities;
  • registration and control of implementation of guardianship over incapacitated is also limited by capable citizens and minors;
  • formation of the necessary federal, regional, municipal and internal reporting.

Functionality of EAIS "Social Register of the Population"

  • The subsystem of powers allowing to provide access control of users to different functionality of a system.
  • The subsystem of reference books providing the centralized maintaining and use of uniform reference books and qualifiers.

  • The report generation subsystem allowing to receive on the basis of the data which are stored in a DB, and selected by the user of parameters reports in a format Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
  • The subsystem of filters which is the universal system of data sampling on the basis of the parameters and restrictions set by the user.
  • The integration subsystem with external information systems (databases of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation, federal social security authorities of the population, regional educational bodies, regional bodies of Federal Migration Service, Social insurance fund, Sberbank, other alternative banks, suppliers of privileges for housing and communal services, an accounting system on the 1C Platform) intended for data preparation for the purpose of their further transfer to external systems and also import of data from external systems.
