2019

Support for Elbrus 801-RS processors, Elbrus-4.4 server, Linter DBMS

On June 4, 2019, RELEX announced joint work with SVD Embedded Systems LLC and MCST JSC as part of the import substitution project.

The result of the work was a completely domestic "bundle": hardware complexes built on Elbrus processors - VK Elbrus 801-RS, Elbrus-4.4 server, Neutrino-E protected real-time operating system (ZOSRV) KPDA.10965-01 and DBMS with support for real-time functions LINTER STANDARD, LINTER BASTION.

Recently, the companies completed joint work and conducted comprehensive tests. During testing, the system demonstrated fault tolerance, high performance and guaranteed data protection.

This development will become a reliable basis in such sectors of management and economy as the public sector, the military-industrial complex, as well as in the development of automated technological control systems for power, transport, mining and processing of minerals.

The presented domestic solutions are already available to the consumer and include technical support, training and support. This reduces the time it takes to develop and implement final products. A significant advantage of their use is the independence from negative changes in the export control regime, the impossibility or significant complexity of introducing undeclared functions into software and hardware.

BLOK Industrial Computer Compatibility

On March 14, 2019, RTSoft JSC announced that, together with SVD Embedded Systems LLC, it had successfully tested the compatibility of the domestic line of BLOK Industrial industrial fanless computers and the certified KPDA.10964-01 operating system. Read more here.

Refusal to include in the register of domestic software

Applications of SVD Embedded Systems LLC for the inclusion of Neutrino OSRV in the register of domestic software were twice rejected (orders of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media No. 664 of 30.11.2018 and No. 167 of 14.04.2019).

Held on 05.03.2019. The meeting of the NTS of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation emphasized that the use of Neutrino OSRV contradicts the requirements of Federal Law No. 188-FZ of 29.06.2015. and Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1236.

2017

Certification of FSTEC of Russia

SVD Embedded Systems announced in November 2017 that it was undergoing certification of the Neutrino protected real-time operating system (ZOSRV) of the 2016 edition in the Russian FSTEC certification system. The obtained certificate confirms the compliance of Neutrino with the requirements of guiding documents for the 3rd class of information protection against NSD and the 2nd level of monitoring the absence of NVS, which allows the use of Neutrino ZOSRV in automated systems that are subject to certification requirements in the Russian FSTEC system for security class up to and including 1B. Earlier, this edition of the Neutrino ZOSRV was certified in the certification system for information protection tools of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

ZOSRV Neutrino KPDA.10964-01

ZOSRV Neutrino is KPDA.10964-01 designed to create computing devices and complexes that are subject to increased requirements for fault tolerance and predictability of behavior. Among the features of ZOSRV "Neutrino" can be mentioned the effective integration of modern graphic and multimedia technologies, the predictability of hard real time, as well as the best implementation of network and communication technologies in its class.

ZOSRV Neutrino supports a range of processor platforms from world manufacturers Intel with x86, ARM, PowerPC and MIPS architectures. But given the modern trend towards import substitution of foreign devices by domestic counterparts, SVD Embedded Systems provided support for the most popular and promising Russian processors, such as Elbrus (JSC MCST""), KOMDIV (FGU FNC NIISI RAS), Multicore (JSC SPC ELVIS "), Baikal-T1 (JSC" Baikal Electronics").

To support Elbrus architecture and microprocessors, SVD Embedded Systems, in cooperation with MCST JSC, has developed a software product - Neutrino-E ZOSRV KPDA.10965-01. ZOSRV "Neutrino-E" received a certificate of conformity, Ministry of Defence Russia which allows it to be used in automated systems of the security class up to 1B inclusive.

Neutrino release for 1892VM14Ya

On April 7, 2017, LLC "SVD Embedded Systems" presented the implementation of the Neutrino ZOSRV for the Multicor processor 1892VM14YA of NPP JSC. ELVIS

1892VM14Ya is the only Russian multi-core processor with built-in hardware cores of the H.264 video codec and GPU. Its closest foreign architectural counterparts are on-chip systems from NXP, Texas Instruments, Allwinner, Rockchip and MediaTek.

The Neutrino Secure Real-Time Operating System (ZOSRV) is designed for fault-tolerant and predictable real-time resource management of multiprocessor and multi-machine computing systems.

ZOSRV "Neutrino" has a certificate of compliance with the requirements of Russian information security guidelines and is intended for use in responsible systems with strict requirements for reliability and speed. ZOSRV "Neutrino" meets the requirements for SVT according to the 3rd class of information protection from NSD, the 2nd level of monitoring the absence of NVV, the 2nd class of protection for firewalls, as well as the RDV compliance, which allows it to be used in automated systems of the security class up to 1B inclusive.

Earlier, Neutrino was adapted to other processors manufactured by JSC NPC ELVIS: 1892VM2Ya, 1892VM3T, 1892VM8Ya.
