The founder of the company, Yaroslav Petrichkovich, who worked in it for more than 30 years, left the capital, and Mikhail Davidovich Cherny, the former executive vice president of AFK Sistema and a member of the board of directors of Bashkirenergo (controlled by AFK Sistema), also heads the board of Elvis.
