2019: Technical support of a system based on the Tessa platform

From January to March, 2019 the Syntellect was engaged in technical support of a system based on the TESSA platform.

2017

On April 6, 2017 the companies ECMGroup.Pro also Syntellect announced control automation by contract activities of century EG Capital Partners.

The project on implementation of EDMS is executed based on the Tessa platform.

Thanks to the project processing of the entering and outgoing correspondence, contractual documents and also appointment and control of instructions are automated.

In a project deliverable document handling terms (for example, will reach the normative term of approval of agreements - 4 hours) are reduced, formation of the operational reporting (on the current tasks, the statuses and completion dates), reliable storage and archiving of data with the history of their processing is provided. For the employees working out of office the functionality of mobile approval is implemented. This module allows to take part in processes of approval of documents and executions of instructions, using mobile devices worldwide, including and in offline mode.

Among technology features of the project it is possible to select:

• control on doubles during the work with the reference book by partners;
• possibility of creation of routes of approval with indication of term for everyone agreeing, expressed in % of aggregate term of processing of the agreement, with fixing of delay in a system;
• setup over 25 unique routes of approval of agreements;
• the flexible system of mail notifications for participants of processes of approval and signing of documents, execution and control of instructions.

Implementation of EDMS based on the Tessa platform.

Within the project approval of agreements, supplementary agreements and outgoing correspondence with flexible configurations is automated. Terms of approval of documentation can change in process of the movement of a card on route depending on aggregate term, the responsible initiator on approval and % of scales of the roles taking part in them. Consideration and execution of incoming correspondence is automated.
