IVS: IC Management of Lands

Management and the order of the land plots which are in municipal property is the task integrated to the following problems:

• The heavy load on specialists connected with high labor input of works on calculation of charges for lease agreements, purchase and sale and works on administration of payments.
• Considerable costs of time for search of necessary data. Process of obtaining information of Rosreestr is not optimized, there is no common information space, data are often not approved or are duplicated.

Respectively, specialists often have no opportunity to quickly provide information on external requests, including within rendering municipal services.
