For June, 2015 Sberbank divides the automated systems in 11 main directions:

  • automated systems of a core (Core banking),
  • FrontEnd systems,
  • processing systems,
  • CRM systems,
  • BI,
  • credit systems,
  • systems on risk management,
  • systems on the investment management,
  • systems on management of intraeconomic activity and personnel,
  • systems of the BPM platform and
  • RBS systems.

Core banking

  • The EXPERT of DPC (an automated system of the centralized service of household deposits);
  • The EXPERT of BackOffice (the centralized base of deposits of natural persons);
  • AC MPD (management of payment documents).

These systems are intended for service of the retail sector of clients of Sberbank and focused, first of all, on services for individuals. Among transactions which are executed with their help – ensuring storage of accounts on household deposits and data on clients, service of requests of structural divisions of departments for a status of accounts on household deposits, acceptance of bank transactions from functional subsystems of the operational level, etc.

  • The EXPERT Jupiter (storage and information processing on salary projects);
  • Corporate core banking system of automation of transactions of clients (legal entities and individuals who are owners of business);
  • The EXPERT the GAMMA (formation of accounting entries on the basis of registers of transactions and payment documents);
  • The EXPERT the Cash center (the solution automating processes of points of sale and cash and collector centers);
  • The EXPERT Long live (a system on accounting and maintaining military pensions);

FrontEnd systems

One of the central systems of this block is AS of FS allowing to perform functions of administration by office, payment acceptance and transfers, loan repayment of natural persons, work with accounts and deposits, bank cards, savings certificates and lottery tickets, bank notes and valuable forms, currency transactions, coins and ingots from precious metals, cash transactions.

  • The EXPERT SFS (Single Frontal System) which includes all frontal functionality connected with automation of customer service in all canals of service and allows to perform cross-channel transactions;
  • The EXPERT Client Sberbank providing electronic document management and remote account management for clients - legal entities of Sberbank in Moscow. Services about 300,000 clients (70 installations).

Processing systems

  • EXPERT of SPOOBK2 (system of preprocessing of bank card transactions of the second generation). Provides preprocessing of transactions with credit cards. Process automation, providing preparation and preprocessing of credit card transactions for the subsequent data transmission in hardware and software system WAY4;
  • Matching agrarian and industrial Complex is the automated system providing formation of information for carrying out calculations for bank cards of MasterCard payment system (the cards issued by third-party banks) and also providing formation of statistic and accounting reports;
  • EXPERT of IQWAVE (Gateway of Payment Transactions). For simplification of creation, implementation and maintenance of integration interactions between automated systems of Sberbank and service providers;
  • EXPERT PDF (Processing of a Direct Flow). It is intended for processing of files with information on the release/rebank card issue and also files with operations of replenishment/cash write-off with bank cards.
  • EXPERT Debaty 2.0. A system is intended for conducting claims activities on bank cards, including check of change of the status of claim settlement, existence of the registered claim and registration of a claim;
  • The EXPERT SNUIL (the system of number accounting and logistics of bank cards and the accompanying components (Octopus). Provides condition monitoring of all types of bank cards, considers the number of the spent procurements by production of the card;
  • Scenarios of devices of self-service (Scenario MOUSTACHE) - scenarios of operation of the device of self-service with the central frontal system for implementation of basic client transactions with the device – authorizations, issue and a contribution of cash, work with a personal account, payments, etc.;
  • EGPO (uniform hybrid software, software of devices of self-service).

CRM

  • EXPERT of CRM Retail (customer relationship management system of the retail block). At the heart of a system the product Oracle Siebel CRM is used;
  • EXPERT of CRM Corporate (system management of relationship with corporate clients). Automates such functions as creation of uniform idea of the client, management of cooperation with the client, fixing of the client to responsible division / employee, access isolation to client information;
  • The EXPERT of CRM Cross-border (a system management of relationship with corporate clients of bank, is intended for automation of operations on work with foreign corporate clients);
  • The EXPERT of MDM Client (a system based on MDM for creation of a uniform profile of the client of physical person and legal entity). Implementation on IBM InfoSphere MDM Server;
  • The EXPERT of MDM Product (the centralized product catalog and rates). Implementation on IBM InfoSphere MDM Collaboration Server (the former MDM Server for Product Information Management);
  • EXPERT FCD (formation of the credit documentation). Performs ensuring reliability and relevance of templates of credit documents;
  • The EXPERT SUDIR (an access control system to information resources);
  • EXPERT of FO Kliyentov (financial statements of clients). Information from a system is used for formation of blocks of the credit request, annexes to the credit request, blocks of forms of monitoring and also the analytical reporting;
  • EXPERT Currency rates (automated system of establishment of currency rates and rates of precious metals on the system of Sberbank);
  • The EXPERT of GoldenSource (Quotation of Financial Instruments (QFI)) a source of master quotations for the financial purposes;
  • The EXPERT of TsAS OK (The centralized automated system of the Customer appeal) is intended for registration of customer appeals, classification of addresses, their processing with a possibility of transfer for examination, preparation and sending the answer to the client;
  • The EXPERT of MIS provides the management of bank of analytical information for acceptance of management decisions.

Factory of data

  • The forecast of a gain of data for 2017 – 28 PB (crude data)-> 78 Tb in [1]
  • Data storage volume in Teradat ~ 1 PB, a monthly gain 8+ Tb
  • By the end of 2017 450 nodes will be selected for Hadoop (14400 CPU cores, 230 TB memory, 9 PB of HDD)
  • For 2017 71 systems sources should be loaded into the Cloud of data based on Hadoop
  • Key Competence centers (400+ PShE) participate in accomplishment more 70th command of Bank
  • 26 pilots it is necessary to execute for the choice of crucial architectural elements of the platform

BI systems

In Sberbank there is a Competence Center of development of BI. According to one of issues of the corporate newspaper for employees "Sberbank of Technology", are under authority of the center: the hardware and software system Teradata including an analytical data storage, the operational data warehouse of Oracle Exadata and one more system – show-windows of MIS.

Management of metadata

Main objective of creation of uniform base of metadata is automation and quality improvement business protsessoviz [2]:

  • Reduction in cost of the analysis and design of solutions
  • Reduction of time of development and output of the code on Wednesdays
  • Quality improvement of products
  • Control of compliance to architectural requirements

Credit AS

  • The core banking system for automation of loan operations of individuals. A system includes loan operations of natural persons, accounting of providing on the credits, accounting of reserves on the credits, maintaining a part of functionality of late collecting on overdue credit debt;
  • The EXPERT of Transact SM Retail (automation of precredit processing on natural persons). A system is intended for maintaining, storage and updating of information on credit products and also for solving of tasks of document flow and decision-making according to requests of clients individuals of a microsegment of small business;
  • The EXPERT of Transact SM of SMP (precredit processing of requests on crediting of owners of small business). A system is intended for maintaining, storage and updating of information on credit products and also for solving of tasks of document flow and decision-making according to requests of clients of a microsegment of small business;
  • The EXPERT of Transact SM the Express credits (the system allowing to enter, process, store and execute information search about clients and requests for the credit in the centralized database);
  • The EXPERT Centralizovannaya of IAS Crediting of legal entities (the centralized maintaining household deposits with carrying out the centralized transfers and ensuring interfilial transactions). A system is used for performing transactions on accounts of individuals, contains the relevant account balances of individuals;
  • EXPERT Centralizovannaya of IAS of Crediting of individuals (service of loan agreements of individuals (front, middle and back office). In addition to consumer, a car and mortgage loans in a system the permitted overdrafts of card accounts are also serviced;
  • The EXPERT of Tallyman (a system for collecting of arrears);
  • The EXPERT of Hunter (warnings of fraud by consideration of credit requests). A system carries out comparison of data on again made out credit request with already available requests for the purpose of determination and warning of fraud;
  • The EXPERT of OKA (a system for assessment of credit stories);
  • EXPERT Kalita (collecting of arrears of natural persons and small-micro business). This system can interact with external systems for the purpose of informing the debtor on existence of arrears using different channels; with the systems of state agencies (FSSP) for implementation of judicial and enforcement proceeding, with collection agencies by transfer on maintenance/sale of an overdue portfolio, etc.

The EXPERT on risk management

  • The analytical module of calculation of limits and ratings (AMRLIRT) - rating model of assessment of probability of a default of the partner. Calculates the probability of a default and borrower rating, expected losses at the borrower's default, credit capacity, internal rating;
  • The EXPERT of SUOR (Oeprational risk management system) - accounting the analysis, operational risk management, timely identification of potential threats, decrease in losses when implementing operational risks;
  • MSCCR (management system for corporate credit risks). The forecast of level of credit risks with formation and support of the database on the implemented credit risks, risks assessment of the total loan portfolio of bank, quality control of the loan portfolio of bank, conducting stress testing of the loan portfolio of bank, etc. is intended for risk management of the corporate loan portfolio for the solution of such business challenges as;
  • An automated system of behavioural scoring for work with arrears. Provides expense reduction on the actions connected with collectings debt for the account of carrying out the analysis of behavioural, direct and social and demographic current characteristics of clients and accounting of results of this analysis at determination of strategy of collecting;
  • Underwriting Quality Control System (UQCS). Provides collecting and information analysis about work of underwriters of bank, internal audit of quality of work of credit divisions;
  • Providing the flexible mechanism of management of structure of limits of risk, including on condition of further complication of methodology Automatic calculation of the amounts of limits of different types depending on the factors determined by methodology of Bank.
  • SAP Bank Analyzer Limit Manager. Provides the flexible mechanism of management of structure of limits of risk, calculation of the amounts of limits of different types, etc.;
  • The EXPERT Treasury (an end-to-end automated system of treasury on a single platform).

The EXPERT on the investment management

  • EXPERT of DiasoftCUSTODY 5NT. A system is intended for automation of functions of primary accounting and maintenance of transactions in the stock markets within own portfolio of central office, portfolios of territorial banks and bank departments in Moscow, transactions of broker service and trust management of assets of clients;
  • EXPERT of DiasoftDEALING 5NT. A system provides automation of functions of primary accounting and maintenance of treasurer transactions of central office of Sberbank in money markets and in the markets of precious metals;
  • EXPERT Dividend. It is intended for accounting of payment process of dividends;
  • EXPERT Shareholder register (maintaining shareholder register of Sberbank, carrying out shareholder meeting);
  • AIS Depositary 2000. A system provides automation of depositary regarding accounting of issues of securities, carrying out accounting transactions with securities; information storage about issuers of securities and depositors, etc.;
  • The EXPERT of Murex (the consolidated risk of trading, P&L - the consolidated risk of trading and P&L - the front office);
  • The EXPERT of QUIK (electronic trading system for clients of broker service). Provides access to clients to trade on share, monetary and the forward markets through a web or the full-fledged client;
  • EXPERT CABBS (the centralized agreement base of broker service);
  • The EXPERT of FX&MM Plus - entering of requests of corporate clients for placement of money in deposits, bills of exchange, transactions of armoring and also attraction of the credits requiring approval of department of treasurer transactions and financial markets, establishment of an interest rate, acceptance, storage and information analysis according to all requests and transactions with corporate clients and also transactions in foreign exchange market;

Uniform process model

  • MBV (mobile bank on deposits). Provides informing clients and performing transactions on payment of services from accounts of deposits using the SMS;
  • ERMB – uniform retail mobile bank (Online Mobile Bank / Sberbank application). Provides customer interaction of bank by means of acceptance and sending Sms, USSD requests and PUSH notifications for informing clients on perfect transactions and commission of active account transactions and to cards of the client;
  • EXPERT SIRIUS (system of integration of devices of self-service). Provides the centralized formation of scenarios of interaction of the device of self-service with the client; management of the specification of a set of business services provided to the client, delivery of business services to the self-service device;
  • The EXPERT Avtoplatezhi (providing service of automatic cashless payments to clients of bank from accounts of bank cards to cellular operators;
  • The EXPERT Sverka (reconciliation of transactions on self-service devices);
  • The EXPERT SMSUO - a monitoring system of work of the systems managing queues of clients in divisions of bank (electronic queue). Creation of the centralized reporting under the data delivered by management systems for queues;
