1C Company told in April, 2017 about use of its solution "1C: Document Flow" in the company. Frequent addresses of potential customers with questions of whether a system will sustain a heavy load (one thousand users, two, five, ten) became the formal reason for this purpose, according to the head of department of development of programs of document flow of 1C Alexander Bezborodov,[1] millions of documents, terabytes of data etc.[2].

Now in firm the 1C: Enterprise platform of version 8.3.10 is used. "It was not published yet, and we on 1C: Document Flow of new version 2.1.9 + roll it — Bezborodov says. — Only after such runnings in of an innovation join in standard solutions".

Almost all are involved in 1C (12 of 13) blocks of Document flow, except classical office-work. "We do not print any covers of affairs, sheets of approval and so forth, we work only with electronic documents — Bezborodov notes.

In general information base "1C" in the workflow system occupies 13 TB. Among other quantitative parameters — 5.5 billion records in DBMS, 50 million letters, 35 million files in 62 thousand file folders, 78 thousand processes, 168 thousand tasks, 6 million addressees, 75 thousand partners and contact persons, 16 thousand messages at a forum, 4.5 million records about time management.

According to Bezborodov, "1C: Document Flow" solves 25 problems in its firm: a time recording, corporate mail, accounting of stages of agreements, registration of correspondence, accounting of certificates, work calendars of employees, error check, mobile data access, requests for couriers and transport, accounting of otsutstviye of employees, work plans, offline an e-mail client, accounting of actions, management of development of "features", management of release of releases, the address directory, certification of partners, a corporate forum, armoring of premises, accounting of certifications of distributors, carrying out demonstrations of "features", planning of seminars, the publication on the website of information on actions.
