"The Tyumen consolidation of bus stations and bus stations" automated the financial and economic activity based on Parus Budget

On April 13, 2017 the Parus company automated financial and economic activity of state budgetary institution of the Tyumen region "Consolidation of bus stations and bus stations" based on software "Parus Budget".

Project Results

Accounting, personnel, inventory control, accounting of agreements with carriers and suppliers, accounting records are automated. Cashiers of all bus stations and bus stations of Consolidation conduct receipt and account cash transactions in a system. Monthly data from the external program for accounting of income from sale of tickets are loaded into software "Parus" (by services, carriers, etc.). Information on income in a single system allows to plan accurately items of expenditure that in the conditions of self-financing of activity of Consolidation is of great importance.

"Undoubtedly, work in a single system Parus Budget has huge advantages. Earlier bus stations transferred us information on phones, and documents for processing by accountants and personnel officers — using a convenient opportunity. Now we work in one base, and it is very convenient. Account and receipt cash orders on cash transactions have end-to-end numbering, and general bookkeeping department sees the created document synchronously with division in which it is created. Regarding personnel records we without effort fulfill obligations to the dismissed employees, it is necessary to calculate them in the terms determined by the labor law, earlier with it there were problems".
