Biography

Boris Kabakov was born on December 8, 1965 in Moscow.

1983-1985 - Service in the ranks of the Soviet army.

In 1989 graduated from the Moscow institute of engineers of the water transport majoring in "Ship machines and mechanisms".

1989-1992 - assistant to the mechanic of courts Zhatayskoy RAB River Sea of the fleet of the Lensk joint river shipping company.

Boris Kabakov worked at the fleet, in management of the Lensk joint river shipping company, in Rosmorport and United Shipbuilding Corporation.

In 2010 passed to work into Minpromtorg of Russia.

In 2013 he was appointed the associate director of Department of the ship-building industry and marine facilities of the ministry, in 2014-2015 fulfilled duties of the department director. Valid state councilor of the Russian Federation 3 classes.

In 2015 graduated from a postgraduate study of the Moscow state academy of the water transport majoring in "Design and construction of courts". The copyright certificate of the USSR on invention No. 1643316 "The bending device for a tow pusher hitch with the vessel".

In 2016 Boris Kabakov held a post of the deputy minister of industrial policy of the Republic of Crimea. Valid state councilor of the Republic of Crimea 3 classes.

In April, 2017 Boris Kabakov is appointed the director of the department of shipbuilding and marine facilities of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. Stanislav Chui who was earlier heading Department is appointed the adviser to the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov.
