Beloyarsk NPP (Documentum)

On April 17, 2017 it became known of plans of Rosenergoatom Concern to create a common information space, implementing on the nuclear power stations a management system for technical documentation (ASUTD) on the EMC Documentum platform. The contractor of system implementation on Beloyarsk NPP Croc company.

Project Tasks

Before concern there was a question of creation and implementation of uniform ASUTD. The objects are set for the project proceeding from its premises:

• need of automation and unification of processes of management of technical documentation,
• timely updating,
• providing access of employees;
• the need for support of processes of interaction regarding documentation in concern and with the external organizations,
• decommissioning of the legacy historical information systems which are responsible for storage of documentation^[1].

Project Progress

For April 17, 2017 implementation works at four stations are conducted: Beloyarsk, New Voronezh, Rostov and Kursk.
