The practice of automatic scanning of vulnerabilities in CI/CD procedures has been introduced. This makes it possible to identify potential threats in the early stages and form recommendations for their elimination, which is necessary to strengthen the protection of critical data and infrastructure of mining enterprises - subjects of CII (in accordance with the requirements of the FSTEC and the FSB).
In addition, for enterprises where the "Figure. Quarry, "a service is provided for migration from foreign database management systems (DBMS) to import-independent solutions. The Zyfras command helps to translate the accumulated data on the operation of mining transport from Oracle DBMS, MS SQL and other systems to PostgreSQL open source DBMS or Russian commercial versions. Remote Control Bulldozer LINE T15
The company VIST Robotics, a resident of the Skolkovo Foundation Information Technology Cluster, made a pilot passage of the remote-controlled bulldozer SHTA T15 in the summer of 2018. The multi-ton construction machine was located at the landfill in Cheboksary, which was operated by an operator in Moscow. All process tasks were successfully completed.
Bulldozers are a new type of equipment for VIST Robotics. Prior to that, the company worked only with autonomous or remotely controlled trucks. The new development is the progressive development of the Intellectual Quarry concept. The main advantage of digital mining is the exclusion of people from the hazardous area of heavy equipment. Bulldozers are often idle, and the drivers are in the cabin in difficult production conditions throughout the shift. To solve this problem, VIST Robotics decided to create a Control Center in which operators work constantly. Each of them can connect to any machine simply by selecting it from the list and control it remotely. The entire picture from the cameras is displayed on the workplace monitors, which can be located in the control center outside the process site.
CHETRA T15 is a medium traction class machine for industrial, oil and gas, hydraulic engineering and mining. Three-point semi-rigid suspension with extended axle of bogies swinging and micro-compression of tension wheel provides high traction-coupling properties, reduced impact loads on running system and improved operating conditions of operator.
Russian unmanned system for mining dump trucks
The Russian company VIST Robotics conducted successful tests of the Unit Rig MT3300 unmanned dump truck in Morocco in early 2018. Prior to this, only the Japanese company Komatsu used the unmanned system in quarries on its Komatsu 930E and Komatsu 830E heavy trucks, for Chile and Australia at the Rio Tinto mine.
The tests were carried out at a specially prepared training ground located near the Moroccan city of Casablanca. The site was specially equipped to run in innovative technologies developed by VIST Robotics.
