The MDM solution InfoWatch, Infotecs and MobilityLab is technology of ensuring complex security of corporate environment on mobile devices.

On April 20, 2017 the consortium of the Russian companies InfoWatch, Infotecs also MobilityLab provided technology for ensuring complex security of corporate environment on mobile devices.

Joint development allows the staff of the organizations to use corporate and personal mobile devices for work, providing data protection from illegal access. The concept of "the protected show-window" implemented by means of consolidation of technologies is the basis for a product WorksPad VipNet and InfoWatch Traffic Monitor.

Integration of products into single solution gives the chance to work with corporate resources in a safe environment, to transfer data between the personal device and corporate resources via secure channels and to protect critical information from unauthorized use.

WorksPad from MobilityLab company provides a mobile working space for the staff of the organization with secure and controlled access to corporate file resources and documents, e-mail, the general calendars, address directories and the intranet resources.

The product VipNet from Infotecs company provides protection of communication channels and means of data encryption on the basis of the Russian algorithms and according to requirements of regulators.

A system for privileged information loss prevention and protection of the organizations against internal threats (DLP system) of InfoWatch Traffic Monitor performs operational monitoring, the analysis and control of the corporate documents and e-mail used on the mobile device.

Corporate data, work to which happens via the smartphone or the tablet, cannot be saved in an internal memory of the device. At the same time, personal information of the user is unavailable to the cybersecurity application. The solution differentiates corporate and personal space on the device and does not allow the user to transfer working information to a personal zone.

Software supports operating systems iOS and Android, irrespective of model of the device and the producer.

According to the statistics more than a half of employees of the Russian companies have access to corporate environment from personal mobile devices. It increases labor productivity and cuts down expenses of the organizations. At the same time, use of the unprotected personal mobile devices in corporate IT infrastructure, the so-called problem of BYOD, considerably increases the level of threats of leaks in comparison with use, for example, of the personal computer. Critical information cannot remain in the protected perimeter any more, and, therefore, the data security is not ensured.
