"RTS tender" started the chat-bot of service of purchases

On April 24, 2017 the federal electronic platform announced the RTS tender start of the chat-bot with the functionality increasing efficiency of standard search engines in the market of state procurements.

Project Tasks

Service is created for support of suppliers: be aware of the operating purchases and to quickly find relevant offers, using the dialogue interface in the form of a chat.

Project Results

Bot it is created on the basis of cloud computing Microsoft Azure. For its use it is necessary to subscribe for a bot in messengers Skype Telegram Facebook.

The service does not require installation of additional software and resources of the device of the user.

Implementation of a bot — one more implemented stage of the strategy of development for IT solutions of the electronic platform the RTS tender aimed including for the maximum simplification of work of the client. For example, automation of routine transactions, as the chat-bot does. In fact, it represents essentially other, modern channel of interaction of the person with an information system of the platform. From a request we gradually pass to dialog.

It is possible to use the chat-bot RTS tender on any smartphone.

As the search system the bot uses functionality and resources of the universal aggregator of purchases "is OLD", working at a basis of Fintender.ru technologies.

The chat-bot is one of our technological initiatives, within a strategic direction of the platform the RTS tender for development of competences and investments into machine learning on the basis of Big Data. So, in February of this year the system of uniform accreditation of participants of purchases on all electronic platforms working within 44-FZ and 223-FZ was tested. The prototype of the solution was implemented based on MultiChain Open Source. A system is constructed by the principle of the unified distributed register based on the blockchain technology allowing to perform repeated verification of data and an exception of their unauthorized changes. This technology radically simplifies occurrence of new participants on the market of the state and corporate order that is the most relevant for representatives of small and medium business.
