Project Tasks
We began work with To +31 clinic in 2013, at that time for IPT group it was business which was given us to management. The passability of clinic at that time was very small, and plans for development ambitious. The decision on opening of network of clinics became the main push to go to full-scale implementation of IT and full automation. Being engaged in IT in network of medical clinics, it is necessary to take into account to need of doctors and personnel. They, in our opinion, are one of main customers in formation of requirements of medical institutions[1]. |
Quick search of any information and also the transparent, structured processes is important for us as for the people working "at places" – doctors on whom health and life of patients directly depends. We should have near at hand all data on the patient: his previous visits and results of the researches made in other clinics of network about accounting and the nature of payment, about results of quality control of the service rendered by us – the medical IT system should contain all this. We are interested in transparency of the relations with the client and we do everything possible for the favorable and qualitative solution of its problems. It is the main task of clinic. Project Progress
Many processes in To +31 clinic are connected with the medical information system "Infoklinika". Engineers TeleTower finish services and implement them in organizations of network.
Implementing the loyalty program of patients, project participants made the decision to correct business processes of work with patients. In all clinics of network the payment system from proforma invoices is changed to payment after delivery of rendering medical service. The logistics of patients is in connection therewith corrected.
Specialists TeleTower entered changes into all information systems necessary for implementation of the solution.
In network of clinics the PACS system – transfer and archiving of images from the medical equipment (computer tomographs, MRT, devices ultrasonography and other) which allows to receive results of researches in any of clinics of network is implemented.
For patients in clinics the guest network Wi-fi where, according to requirements of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications own system of identification of users by means of mobile phones is developed and introduced is implemented.
The round-the-clock call center and recording system and quality control of the processed calls is implemented.
Project Results
For IT infrastructure of network of clinics "To +31" we use so-called hybrid clouds. For optimization of IT costs and a further scaling option of the solution we add the rented resources in T-Cloud cloud to a private cloud at capacities of the medical center. During one of projects we recorded very interesting financial performance. The acquisition value of a server switching equipment approaches the price of its lease in a cloud in 45 months without the discounted cash flow.
