On April 27, 2017 the B2B-Center company announced transfer of purchasing transactions of Kuban agroholding to B2B-Center electronic marketplace.
Project Results
The Kuban agroholding began cooperation with marketplace for corporate purchases. Since April, 2017 the agroholding buys goods and services on the B2B-Center platform. The main objective of the company – to expand a pool of suppliers, to optimize purchase prices by means of the competition at biddings and to automate purchasing activity.
In the test mode 250 purchases for the total amount more than 500 million rubles are carried out.
The holding buys:
- spare parts for agricultural machinery, transport and the equipment,
- feed additives,
- fertilizers and packaging,
- tools,
- office equipment and home appliances,
- construction materials and metal products,
- overalls
- individual protection equipment.
We successfully completed testing of the platform of B2B-Center which functionality allows to carry out purchases of a wide range of products and services of necessary quality and level at the optimal prices. The agroholding transfers to an electronic form of purchase for all production divisions: dairy and commodity farms, pig-breeding complexes, meat processing plant, sugar plant "Svoboda", elevators, seed plants, service center for service and repair of agricultural machinery and also Voskhod horse-breeding center. In the future the company is going to automate management of the reference book of the purchased products and to integrate it with carrying out purchases electronically. Carrying out purchases on the online platform – a method to provide equal conditions for all suppliers, so, - and competition level in purchases of the company. The Kuban agroholding showed modern approach to the organization of purchasing activity and openness to the market, and suppliers had an opportunity in fair competitive struggle to receive orders from one of the largest agroholdings in the south of Russia.
