On May 16, 2017 the CMD-Soft company announced the project of start of Bank Guarantee ONLINE online-service by request of Novopokrovsky bank.
Project Results
In December, 2016 the Novopokrovsky bank began to provide to clients and partners Bank Guarantee ONLINE online-service. It reduced time of consideration of the credit request to 15 minutes. The service is provided remotely, by means of the specialized portal.
The Bank Guarantee ONLINE service reflects our strategy for building of issue of banking products. The opportunities for remote submission of documents given by bank and operational consideration of the request caused active interest from clients and agents. On the basis of the user feedback we continue improvement of service together with our technology contractor by CMD-Soft company. Earlier we worked in the manual mode: received applications via e-mail in the form of Excel files then clients needed to provide paper documents in bank. Now all this can be made through our service. All document management on execution of bank guarantees is performed in electronic form. Especially it should be noted that a system is supplied with reliable mechanisms of protection for safe issue of a banking product. The personal account for agents of bank allows to use automatic system of the analysis of requests, to obtain necessary information on clients or to carry out all process from input of the request before obtaining the bank guarantee for the client.
One of the greatest difficulties of the project consisted in creation of completely automated cycle on collection of information of different public sources. According to the results of the project specialists of our company and a project team of bank got valuable experience of consolidation and data processing from external sources for creation of the pipeline of consideration of requests on condition of the maximum exception of influence of a human factor.
