The bank guarantee online - a software technology of automation of process of issue of bank guarantees.
For May 15, 2017 "The bank guarantee online" - the complete software solution of CMD-Soft company for automation of process of issue of bank guarantees on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
The product represents the configured functional prototype for implementation of the specialized effective information system meeting the requirements of bank.
Process of issue of the bank guarantee is similar to the procedure of issuance of credit: the bank (Guarantor) on the basis of information analysis about the company applicant (Principal) and its activity and also on the basis of the tender offer of the customer (Beneficiary), assumes the decision on adoption of obligations for payment to the Beneficiary of a sum of money in the stipulated cases.
Types of the bank guarantee for participation in biddings and accomplishment of contract commitments before the state and municipal enterprises are:
- Tender security on participation in tender (the tender guarantee, an offer guarantee);
- Ensuring (proper) performance of the contract;
- Guarantee of return of advance payment of the customer.
Level of automation of process of issue of the bank guarantee depends on the information saturation of the support of the complete solution organized in the form of integration with external services and internal data sources of the organization and also investment of a system with algorithms of decision-making on the basis of methodology of bank or integration with an analytical system. An obligatory component of the solution is the electronic client file.
When implementing the project on the basis of methodology of bank algorithms of check of customer information and calculations of points for underwriting are formalized. On the basis of the conclusion of services, the Request is translated to the stage "Decision". At a stage the procedure of approval of the Request by Credit Committee is carried out. The procedure can be organized as internal or correspondence. In case of approval of the Request to the client the electronic notification invitation is sent to visit office for agreement signature.
Reporting
On the basis of all information which is in a system different reports, including on formats of bank can form.
