The Nokia company announced on March 27, 2018 the latest version of the software of Cognitive Analytics for Customer Insight. Now the specialists of operator who are responsible for business, information technologies and engineering questions can obtain the high-quality personalized data on the user experience in real time.

Cognitive Analytics for Customer Insight Nokia creates complete idea of the user experience in real time, allowing the operator to reveal quickly problems and to prioritize a priority of their elimination depending on influence of this or that problem on customers and operator business. In this solution the indicator of Customer Experience Index (CEI) Nokia which correlates information arriving from network from devices, from support systems of customers, the systems of billing and other sources with data of polls, such as NPS (Net Promoter Score is net promoter score) for tracking of quality of operator services and level of satisfaction with them is used.

In the latest version of the software the solution CEI Nokia uses functions of machine learning and the algorithms of deep learning developed in Bell Labs Nokia laboratories. These functions optimize forecasting and automation and expand the user experience. The advanced algorithms reduce terms of initial setup of an indicator of CEI from several months to several days and increase the accuracy of estimates of level of satisfaction. As a result at the expense of forecasts on the basis of CEI Nokia operators can solve six times quicker service problems and render profitable services in full accordance with needs and preferences of the client, emphasized in Nokia.

The latest version of CEI is integrated with the solution Fastermind Nokia which uses machine learning for extraction of useful information from client data and decision making in real time (Real-Time Decisioning, RTD). This integration closes a circle between detection and decision-making on the basis of automatic recommendations which are issued in real time and prompt the optimal actions necessary for anticipatory problem solving and increase in satisfaction of customers.

In general the software of Cognitive Analytics for Customer Insight Nokia represents the solution with artificial intelligence for decision support. This full-scale solution in real time traces more than 300 parameters connected with subscriber experience and satisfaction in the fixed and mobile networks. The solution gives to operators necessary information volume and allows to maintain due quality of the user services.

The software of Cognitive Analytics for Customer Insight Nokia should appear in the market at the beginning of the third quarter 2018.

On May 16, 2017 the press service of Nokia corporation announced creation of a software technology for the analysis of group behavior of Cognitive Analytics.

The product is a part of a line of solutions of Nokia for interaction management with customers (Customer Experience Management, CEM). In it the algorithm of machine learning created by Bell Labs Nokia for the analysis of a matrix of correspondence is used.

In the analysis information of GPS and data of applications is not used. Processing on the basis of the data obtained in real time from network is executed. It allows a thicket to update information and to analyze expanded data arrays on the basis of what faithful and timely representation forms. The technologies of Nokia set at 200 customers are sources of analytical data. In the course of work the software is gradually optimized and creates more exact and broad picture of subscriber behavior.

Cognitive Analytics Nokia promotes creation of additional sources of income and allows the operator to monetize data, for example, helping the retail company to find the convenient location for shop, to the city authorities – to define optimal location for bus stops, – it is correct to advertizing agencies to define information for digital advertizing banners on the basis of the subscribers given about movements at different times day.

Cognitive Analytics Nokia will appear in the market in the third quarter 2017.
