Mark Rozin by basic education the psychologist (Lomonosov Moscow State University). At the beginning of the 90th was engaged in teaching and scientific activity, in particular, participated in the long-term research project of Clark University (Clark University, Boston, the USA). Candidate of psychological sciences. From 1991 to 2001 studied and passed a training in consulting company RHR International (USA).
Mark helps the business organizations to become more than 20 years more effective.
In 2005 Mark headed EKOPSI Consulting company — at first as the CEO, and then as the president. Under its management the company grew by 4 times and took the leading positions in Russia among the companies specializing in the field of HR consulting. For several years in a row Mark entered in top-1000 the most professional highest managers of Russia (the rating of "Association of managers of Russia").
Mark personally keeps the projects aimed at serious organizational changes in the companies — leaders of the Russian business. Some of these projects allowed to transform considerably a management system and to develop the personnel capacity of the organization and by that promoted rapid growth of cost of business (one of striking examples — Uralkali company).
Mark is an author (or the coauthor) a number of the innovation concepts for the Russian and world management: idea of opportunism in management, typology of organizations 4F, a nosology of organizational diseases, the innovation approach to management "management by freedom" (see his book "Success without Strategy" and also articles in the Vedomosti newspaper, the blog in "Harvard business of the review").
