Biography

Igor was born on May 25, 1964 in the city of Engels of the Saratov region.

In 1986 got an education in MSU.

March, 2000 - February, 2002 - the vice chairman of the board of Savings bank of the Russian Federation;

From 1992 to 1998 the chief accountant, the chief financial executive, the general managing director of Inkombank Cyprus branch, the senior vice president of Inkombank worked at positions of the leading economist, deputy chief accountant.

From 1998 to 2000 worked as the first deputy chairman of the board of National Reserve Bank.

From 2000 to 2002 worked as the vice chairman of the board of Savings bank of the Russian Federation.

From 2002 to 2008 was the deputy CEO of JSC Gorno-metallurgicheskaya kompaniya Norilsk Nickel.

Since 2008 worked as the advisor to director general of Rostekhnologii corporation.

From 2009 to 2013 worked in positions of the executive vice president, president of JSC AVTOVAZ.

In 2009 it is elected the chairman of the board of directors of Dzhi Em AvtoVAZ Ltd.

In 2013 Roskosmos received a position of the deputy manager of Federal Space Agency.

In 2014 became received a position of the CEO of Roskosmos.

For May 23, 2017 till May, 2018 Igor Anatolyevich Komarov worked as the CEO Roskosmos.
