• From 2005 to 2009, he worked as an engineer at NPK NIIDAR OJSC, where he headed the work on the creation of a multi-position distributed radar system.
• From 2009 to 2010, A.V. Volgin held the position of business analyst at Intervale CJSC. In this position, he led projects for the implementation of mobile banking systems with Russian banks, such as Bank of Moscow OJSC, VTB Bank (OJSC), etc.
• Since 2010, he served as General Director of AVDP LLC.
• From 2008 to 2011, he combined the main work with the post of head of the department of the National Electronic Library at the Russian State Library FSU.
• From 2011 to 2012, A.V. Volgin served as Head of the Department of State Policy in the Field of ICT and Interaction with International Organizations of the Department of State Policy in the Field of Information Technologies and Coordination of Informatization of the Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation. In this position, he dealt with the support of the IT industry, the provision of state accreditation services for IT companies, and the functioning of the Internet. In addition, he actively participated in the project to organize video surveillance at the presidential elections in March 2012, for which he was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Government of the Russian Federation (Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 25.04.12 No. 640-r).
• Since 2012, A.V. Volgin has been the Director for Project Development of Digital October Group LLC. In this position, he was responsible for interaction with government customers and supervised the implementation of key projects. During the work, a number of large projects were implemented, including those related to video surveillance.
