For May 25, 2017 RIAS housing and public utilities is service for collecting, the analysis, preparation and placement of data in GIS of housing and public utilities, for fulfillment of requirements of the Federal law of July 21, 2014 No. 209-FZ "About the state information system of housing and communal services".

"RIAS housing and public utilities" is focused on:

• large management companies;
• the resource supplying organizations with filial structure;
• the organizations obliged to place data in GIS of housing and public utilities.

Service is available according to the SaaS model or as a distribution kit for local deployment on the customer's servers.

RIAS housing and public utilities is created on the Open GKH platform at the heart of which free and open technologies:

• PHP 7.x
• PHP framework of Yii 2
• PostgreSQL
• Icons from website Icons8
• OpenSSL and CUrl for work of the protected connection with use of GOST-ovsky encryption algorithms

The Open GKH code has modular structure and is completely documented that allows developers to finish independently the solution under the customer's tasks.

A system is expected collection of information from branches, representations and separate divisions. The monitoring system works to define - whom and from where information is transferred.

The cloud solution does not require software installation on the PC. Start of a system, according to statements of vendor, takes from two to seven days. Information management is available via the web interface or API.
