Technology of isolation of data of DBMS - the system of protection of the databases working under management DBMS Oracle MS SQL, Tibero and PostgreSQL.

On May 26, 2017 the Aladdin R.D. company announced creation of technology of protection of the databases managed by systems from foreign vendors.

We created technology of isolation of data which process these DBMS, from DBMS. As a result we work for them, but that is stored in bases, DBMS is not seen, and data cannot flow away. We learned to fit correctly into a product, to intercept functions necessary to us. Sergey Gruzdev, CEO of Aladdin R.D.

The fundamentals of technology are created as result of understanding - quickly to substitute DBMS of foreign vendors with any Russian products and to transfer to them applications and data, are unreal^[1].

But if we cannot replace DBMS, then we can dive inside and replace the built-in means of protecting, the American cryptography. Sergey Gruzdev

Aladdin is sure that this solution will help many domestic organizations to bring their information systems including working with personal data into compliance with requirements of the Russian legislation.

It is necessary to speak not about substitution of the most infrastructure software, and about substitution of the foreign means of protecting which are built in it. Probably just nobody set the tasks of digital isolation of the processed data from DBMS. Sergey Gruzdev

For May 26, 2017 the product undergoes certification in FSB on two elementary grades of cryptoprotection - KC1 and KC2.

According to the statement of developers, many practices and algorithms for this product in the company were created for depersonalization of personal data earlier: it is not necessary to protect data, it is enough to destroy some communications between them.

Everything cannot be ciphered, there will be a degradation of performance. It is enough to eliminate understanding about whom exactly these specific data. Sergey Gruzdev
