the updated interface

In June the Numerical Mechanics company submitted the concept of the updated system interface of the Resource CNC. The interface developed taking into account relevant changes in the nature of interaction of operators and ADP equipment will allow to bring the Russian system of numerical control to the level of world analogs.

The human-computer interface, including in the CNC systems, is improved evolutionarily. For the last five years the nature of interaction of the operator and ADP equipment in terms of convenience of reading and management underwent significant changes, including thanks to active use of smartphones and tablets.

The innovation interface of SChPU "Resource" is developed taking into account new requirements of modern operators, technologists and programmers to security, convenience of perception and reading information. The existing standards of graphic filling are supplemented with flowcharts and dialogue modes, including programming of processing, a task of parameters of electroautomatic equipment, control of the service equipment of service, etc. It allows to increase reaction of the operator to this or that problem or an error.

The interface will also consider requirements of electronic document management, allowing to include all available equipment in a single network of the enterprise and to bring enterprise management to new modern level.

In trial operation of SChPU "Resource" with the updated interface it will be provided in the fall of 2017.

In May, 2017 the Numerical Mechanics company provided new design of the CNC (SChPU) system. The platform is intended for a broad spectrum of solutions of industrial automation. Serial deliveries of a product are planned for the end of 2017.

The solution presented by Numerical Mechanics company is result of further development of a line of SChPU "Resource" intended for control of machines and other industrial facilities. Evolution of the solution opens opportunities for simplification of work with the interface thanks to the improved display and expanded diagonal of the display. Complete qwerty-the keyboard is held for use in the CNC systems, stations of the operator of the PCS, etc.

The bottom level of a system of SChPU "Resource" working on the processor Baikal-Т1 is responsible for support of processes in real time. The top level of SChPU is responsible for the human-computer interface, input and output of information, connection to networks through an enterprise information system, etc. The top level allows to unroll any software, including CAD/CAM systems, modules PCSs. The possibility of use of different applications is provided, the 3D functions are accelerations, including processing simulation, etc.

The top level represents two blocks including the computer with the 12th inch display, a touchscreen and the machine keyboard. Now the top level is equipped with the mini ITX Intel Core I5 motherboard, however in plans of the company installation of the Baikal M processor.

In an early autumn of 2017 the stage of trial operation of this solution of Numerical Mechanics company is planned.
