Education

In 2001 Boris Shevelyov graduated from Moscow Technical University of Informatics and Communications majoring in "The software for a computer hardware and computing systems. Engineer".

In 2009 graduated from the Higher school of business information science of Higher School of Economics National Research University majoring in Management.

Career

Boris Shevelyov worked as the CIO of JSC Servye and also the head of IT of JSC Metlayf.

For November, 2018 has 22-year experience in the field of information technologies, 18 of which held managerial positions.

In November, 2018 Boris Shevelyov is appointed to a post of the CIO of Russian Towers group. Its main objectives in this role became further development of the information Rubaha platform started in 2018, development and deployment of new digital services of the company.

Information technologies become one of the main instruments of development of Russian Towers company. It is sure that experience and Boris's competences will stimulate for achievement of good results in ensuring the innovation, advancing development of the company — Alexander Chub, the president of Russian Towers group considers.
