Sberbank selected software supplier of Avaya almost for 800 million rubles

At the end of May, 2017 Sberbank summed up the results of purchase of the software of Avaya for $14 million (about 792 million rub).^[1]

Four companies – Komptek, "O-Si-Es-Solyushnz", Landat, and "Business Telecom Import" participated in an auction. The greatest discount from the starting price was offered by Komptek company. As a result it also became a winner.

The average size of a discount offered by the winner was 1.12%. The value is small, however here It should be noted that the starting prices for software from which Sberbank made a start already included discounts up to 73% to the price list Avaya.

The list of delivery included 12 positions, among them the software of contact center, reporting system, outgoing call-down, a subsystem of analytics, record and quality control, SIP of routing, the PBX and another.

All licenses should be transferred to the customer within four weeks from signature date of the agreement.

At the end of February, 2017 Sberbank selected Avaya equipment supplier for $13.3 million. The Komptek company which offered products of the American vendor at a discount from 27 to 61% depending on equipment type became it also. In 2016 Komptek and Sberbank signed the agreement on delivery of software and the equipment Avaya to $29.6 million^[2].
