Gazavtomatika + 1C: Enterprise 8.2

In JSC Gazavtomatika company solution 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.0 is implemented. Microtest company integrator.

Background

The project of creation of the single accounting system of JSC Gazavtomatika is initiated for the purpose of increase in business performance of the enterprise due to more exact information support of management decisions and also for reduction of costs and labor input of preparation of the corporate reporting.

The company management of JSC Gazavtomatika made the decision on creation of the single accounting system at the enterprise along with carrying out consulting services for development and optimization of methodology of management accounting.

System implementation had to optimize activity of staff of department of contractual relations, accounting and personnel services of the customer. The important requirement to a new solution of JSC Gazavtomatika was its compliance to corporate standards of Gazprom holding.

Solution

As a result, JSC Gazavtomatika selected the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8".

Implementation

Within the project of setting of management accounting, experts Microtest conducted examination of the enterprise and provided recommendations about optimization of the existing business processes. As a result of the carried-out changes it was decided to use the existing organization structure of the company that allowed to save the settled communicative communications. Experts Microtest developed the corresponding documentation regulating new methodology of management accounting of the company that will allow the customer to make necessary additions and corrections independently.

During project works specialists of Microtest company developed and implemented the subsystems covering the main directions of accounting of JSC Gazavtomatika. At the same time the following processes were automated:

• accounting and tax accounting;
• management accounting of the personnel;
• payroll and personnel management;
• production accounting;
• management of contractual relations.

Access to the unified information system of accounting was got today by over 100 employees of JSC Gazavtomatika.

Results

As a result of project implementation on management consulting the JSC Gazavtomatika company received accurately adjusted methodology of management accounting corresponding to corporate politicians of the Gazprom group. The new methodology allowed the company to use new mechanisms of distribution of limits of expenses of the enterprise taking into account priorities of production tasks, ensuring control and the analysis of execution of budgets, cost optimizations of the enterprise.

The project of creation of the unified information system of JSC Gazavtomatika allowed to automate the main business processes of the company, thereby having provided employees and company management with all completeness of information on a status of finance, productive activity and the personnel.
