In October, 2016 the company was connected to "cloud" service of mobile trade. The idea to automate "trade" arose in 2013, but then the company there were not enough human resources. Business grew, the need for optimization of work became more sharply and the state was broadened.

Experience of use

At first the solution was "rolled" on one employee, then — on a part of a command of the general price list, we will connect remained in the nearest future. Some of our selected commands use ST Mobi.com too, but not in the general circuit yet.

Process of accustoming to the tool already came to the end, all work in the normal mode: "field" employees make out orders, supervisors monitor movements. In the application there is everything that is necessary for work. We actively use possibilities of the photoreport, the order, GPS-live. We control whether came trade to a route how many points visited and as moved. We monitor communication quality in separate points: if there is no Internet, the agent cannot send the order to the accounting system at once. Data exchange will happen when connection is established. A system will record sending the order out of the specific address, and it will be reflected in the GPS report

Intermediate project deliverables:

  • the efficiency of work with the order increased: sales representatives do not return to base for transfer of the request;
  • errors and risks when sending the order decreased;
  • it is simpler to control accomplishment of orders;
  • supervisors trace routes of sales representatives in the online mode;
  • thanks to the photoreport information on a shelf status in shops appeared.
