"The Caspian plant of sheet glass" completed training of employees in work with programs of 1C

On May 23, 2017 the Gendalf company announced completion of training of staff of "The Caspian plant of sheet glass" in work with programs of 1C.

Project Progress

3 divisions of the plant completed 5 programs courses "1C: Enterprise Accounting", "1C: Payroll and HR Management", "1C: Document Flow", "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" and also a rate on the system of configuration of data.

Not to take full time of employees, classes were according to the individual diagram, students were divided into 2 groups – those who are engaged in the first half of day, from 8 a.m. till 12 p.m., and those who in the second - from 1 p.m. till 6 p.m. On the program course the Training center of the contractor provided available theoretical materials.

63 employees of Finance department, accounting and Personnel department studied at 6 rates, proceeding from the individual duties.

Project Results

As a result of training in "1C: Enterprise Accounting" the staff of the plant disclosed for themselves functionality of processing and creation of reports then began to use most effectively the program for carrying out regular transactions. Having from scratch studied possibilities of "1C: Document Flow", specialists unrolled this product at the plant, and now he allows to approve quickly agreements and to consider different types of requests. Having completed a course on the system of configuration of data, employees began to send reports on the basis of information which is available in the program. At the expense of a rate on "Salary and personnel management" time for setup of types of calculation, input of primary documents and charge of taxes in the program was reduced. And "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" rates helped to create plans of different types and to conduct budgeting by means without errors and also to support a normative and help system (specifications, process charts) in proper condition.

"Need of increase as my own education level in the field of programs of 1C, and my colleagues became the reason of passing of rates. We work in programs of 1C long ago, but earlier used programs not with all the might: did not work with some functionality, worked with some not correctly. Training promoted that we met all lacks and purchased useful skills which we apply daily now. Directly I completed all courses. I want to note high quality of knowledge provided by the contractor, availability of information and approach to teaching: training at specific living examples which our accountants face, working at the sections".
