The pilot of the implementation of the MyOffice starts in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug

In June 2017, the company "New Cloud Technologies," the developer of software products MyOffice, and the Department of Information Technology of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra, concluded a cooperation agreement.

The agreement provides for the development of relations between the company and the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Ugra as a platform for the exchange of innovative experience in the field of information and communication technologies, in particular, experience in the implementation and use of Russian software in various state and public organizations .

The first stage of cooperation under the agreement was the project on the pilot implementation of the MyOffice Private Cloud with access for key users.

MyOffice Private Cloud - a product for organizing a virtual work environment in government organizations and large commercial enterprises. Includes text, table, presentation, and application editors to manage mail, calendar, and contacts. The product includes a collaboration server, mail server, and storage system. MyOffice Private Cloud allows you to work in the private cloud, on mobile devices and in web browsers

As part of the testing, DIT specialists of the region will evaluate key capabilities of the product, such as: creating text and tabular documents in collaboration mode, working in the corporate messenger MyOffice Logos (with audio and video calls), available both as a separate application and within the editors themselves, communicating in application workgroups, as well as parameters for storing and administering documents on the MyOffice platform. "New cloud technologies," in turn, plans to take into account comments on the course of the pilot, for the further development of the product line.

2016, the company "New Cloud Technologies" has already concluded similar agreements with the DIT of Moscow and the Republic of Tatarstan, following which pilot projects for the implementation of the company's products and the working and educational sphere of these regions were launched.
