Tatprof (RASSTAL) (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009)

Several requests from the client arrived:

• Configure AX2009 under key stages of a technology chain.
• Increase data processing rate due to barcoding.
• Growth of reliability of accounting of products in 1C.

Solution Module of integration of AX and 1S. Due to the lack of updates there were failures in automatic batch mode. Updating of the module to the current version fixed this problem.

Development of functionality of Axapta for accounting tar, their movements and movements of goods inside tar. Neti developers wrote the detailed technical project on barcoding implementation tar. Implementation of a task was made by the customer's employees. The new functionality was brought into trial operation on two press complexes then spread around on other sections.

Management reporting. Staff of Neti developed the detailed reporting for job analysis of the company by any indicators. Based on this reporting programmers of the customer created a workplace of the head with an output to the screen of key indicators of business (production, stocks, sales, etc.).

Implementation of the budget of cash flow (BCF) based on MS DAX. Neti developers deployed the solution on maintaining BDDS in Axapta. The program assumes formation of BDDS and passing of requests for payment along the set route. The new functionality was brought into test operation on all group at once.

Result

• Implementation of barcoding in a warehouse and in production increased the speed and transmission accuracy of data in AX.
• Stable integration of 1C and Axapta increased reliability of accounting in 1C.
• Powerful tools of the reporting allowed the management to obtain information on a company performance in the automatic mode.
