"Кортрос" began to apply Stroycontrol in construction projects in Moscow

The Kortros group in 2016 implemented the project on implementation of a software package of Stroycontrol in the Perm branch.

Project Tasks

Specialists of "Kortros" needed a system which would allow to exercise control of construction on remote objects in other cities — in Perm, Chelyabinsk. It was also important to systematize and arrange documentation used on a building site.

Technology basis

The "Mobile Solutions for Construction" company for solving of tasks of the client offered a software package of Stroycontrol. A system provides digital space for conducting works on quality of construction, problem solving with customers, contractors, general contractors.

Project results in the Perm branch

Since November, 2016 in uniform digital space based on Stroycontrol 15 users began to work: three engineers of construction supervision, production and technical department engineer, designer, general contractors and contractors, heads of branch and center.

Implementation of a software package in general made work on places of more transparent. The management Kortros, being in Moscow, it is aware of what happens in branch. It is possible to open easily the task list, notes, to see how notes are quickly closed, to browse analytics.

Use of the program excludes the probability of omission of notes that allows to avoid additional expenditure, it is great advantage in building development.

Further Kortros Group is going to implement internal forms of the reporting in the program: weekly, quarterly, annual. It will provide fast exchange of documents between branches and head office. Among the planned completions also: creation and copyings of notes on the plan, voice set.

Purchase of 60 licenses

In June, 2017 the "Mobile Solutions for Construction" company announced expansion by group of Kortros company of number of licenses of a system of Stroycontrol to 60. Having received measurable results from system implementation in Perm, "Kortros" began to replicate a software package of Stroycontrol on the branches in Moscow and Yekaterinburg.

The customer company noted the simple and clear system interface of Stroycontrol thanks to what users quickly mastered the program.

During implementation specialists of "Mobile Solutions for Construction" company created in the program of the instruction for a template of Kortros group and hierarchy of work types for formation of a required form of the reporting.

For us it was important to discipline contractors, to adjust remote control, to timely receive reports, and thanks to Stroykontrol we managed to make it. As a result of use of the program time of elimination of notes as engineers ceased to do double work on detection of earlier found notes was reduced. The customer received control over the events in branch, all tasks, notes, photos, plans and the statuses of works are available to the management of branch and group. The overall effectiveness of department of construction supervision significantly increased — the director of the branch of Kortros Group Yekaterinburg Sergey Plaksin summed up the results of use of the solution.

Development of the project in Yekaterinburg

On June 26, 2017 it became known of use of the solution of Stroycontrol by Kortros group for the purpose of establishing processes when implementing the project of construction of the residential complex Academic in Yekaterinburg.

Implementation of Stroykontrol will take place the more successfully, than quicker specialists will master functionality and will feel advantage of use of the tool — noted in Kortros Group.

The development director Alexey Musinsky and the manager of projects Yulia Drenyagina of "Mobile Solutions for Construction" company provided training of employees of the customer in work with a system and answered questions of specialists of technical supervision.

Implementation in Moscow

On August 2, 2017 the "Mobile Solutions for Construction" company announced that the Kortros company made the decision to expand geography of application of a software package of Stroycontrol which is already used by group in Perm and Yekaterinburg.

According to customer representatives, the main task of implementation of a software package — to facilitate and accelerate work on construction objects.

On July 28 at height of the business Empire complex in Moscow City specialists of "The mobile solution for construction" acquainted engineers of Moscow Kortros with a product of Stroycontrol. Users began to work in a software package at once and quickly mastered functionality.

As result, engineers of Kortros in Moscow could adjust quickly processes of interaction and commissioning of the objects already next day.
